Q: What is a CRNK Ride?

A: A 50-minute experience where riders move to the rhythm of the music. Come in for a high-energy, full-body cardiovascular workout, and leave feeling strong and empowered. Driven by curated playlists, through heavy hill climbs and exhilarating sprints, expect a seriously sweaty time with our Signature CRNK ride.

Come for a pure indoor cycling experience, no fuss, no frills, no distractions—just 50 minutes of pedalling your butt off.

Q: How do I book in for classes?

A: Click on the ‘Book Now’ button on the top-right corner, then create an account on our website, purchase a series and to book into our classes. Our ride schedule releases one week before at noon, so thumbs at the ready!

Q: WhAt amenities are provided?

A: There are plenty of easy-to-use lockers around our studio. Our amenities differ from each location - please write to us to clarify on your needs if you are visiting for the first time.

CRNK ECR, NB & ORC: Changing rooms and showers are equipped with amenities to get you looking fresh-to-death post-class. Fresh sweat and shower towels are complimentary.

CRNK CQ: Changing rooms are available pre-post class, complete with amenities to help you freshen up. Sweat towels are complimentary for class.

Q: Do I need my own shoes?

A: We offer complimentary shoe rentals at our studio. You're welcome to bring your own shoes—our bikes are fitted with SPD-SL compatible pedals.

Q: ARE GRIP SOCKS COMPULSORY?

A: Grip socks are compulsory for all Reformer Pilates & Hot Mat Pilates classes. This is for the safety and hygiene of all participants. Grip socks are available for sale if you do not have a pair.

Q: What do I wear and bring?

A: Comfortable workout attire should be your top priority. Don't forget those socks, too! Socks are mandatory for communal shoe rental for hygiene purposes. Grip socks are mandatory for all Reformer Pilates and Hot Mat Pilates classes.

You're about to get seriously sweaty, so grab a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the ride. There is a water cooler on site, so just bring a bottle!

Q: How early should I arrive?

A: If this is your first time riding with us, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before class starts for a quick tour and for our staff to help you to set up your equipment especially tailored to you.

For the safety of all participants, we are unable to allow latecomers into class.

Kindness is free: CRNK has a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive behaviour towards our team members, regardless of the situation.

Q: How should I check in?

A: Once you arrive, check-in with our friendly front desk staff and let them know your preferred shoe size (for Ride classes). Stow your belongings in the lockers or dedicated storage spots and get ready for a rocking good time.

Q: What if I have to cancel my class?

A: You can cancel your booking with no penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time. If you cancel your class within 12 hours of the class time, your class credit will be forfeited.
