Sometimes you find your tribe when you least expect it. Though he swore he would never attend a second spin class, Jek was hooked by the sick beats and endorphin rush and never looked back. Expect an eclectic mix of rock, house and indie pop in his class—anything from the Killers, Dashboard Confessional to some good ol' Calvin Harris.

Off the bike, Jek enjoys trying anything new, especially when fuelled by a good cup of coffee or an ice cold beer—not necessarily in that order.
