Having a ten-year background in ballet and contemporary dance, Nicole has always been a sucker for sick beats and moves. After being introduced to the bike room in 2019, she realised spin was the best way to combine the two together.

Since her first class, spin has been an integral part of her daily routine and has helped her to find newfound confidence in her body image. More importantly, it also contributed significantly to her recovery journey from several eating disorders as spin helped her understand the importance of fuelling her body to be the strongest it can be.

Nicole believes in slow and steady progress and being patient with yourself in your individual fitness journey—put in the hours and the results will come accordingly. Get ready to lose yourself in the beat as you ride with her to the best of hip-hop R&B, EDM and pop-punk hits!
