Signature class · 50 min
Fifty minutes on the bike, riding to the rhythm of the music. You set your own resistance, so every level rides together.
Why ride
A high-energy, full-body cardio workout. Climbs work your legs, sprints work your heart and lungs. Towels are free, and you will want one.
Riding out of the saddle keeps your whole body working. Come in for the music, leave feeling strong.
Lights low, music up, phone in the locker. For fifty minutes the focus is on your own goal, whatever that is.
Cycling is low impact. You turn your own resistance dial, so the ride is as hard as you make it.
Know what is coming
One bar is one minute. Tap any part to see what happens and how hard it feels.
An example, not a fixed script. Every ride follows its own playlist, so the order moves around. The hill climbs and sprints are always in there.
Ride formats
Same bikes, same beat. Every format is on the live schedule, with its theme in the class name.
The signature CRNK ride, on the schedule every week. Heavy hill climbs and fast sprints to one themed playlist: a decade, an artist or a genre, named right there in the class name. Pick the songs you know and sing the hills away.
Ten more minutes on the bike, still to a themed playlist. Look for “60 min” in the class name.
Two instructors lead one ride together. Look for “Duo Ride” and both names in the class name.
A ride in the middle of your Friday, listed as “Friday Lunch Time” on the schedule.
A sixty-minute ride to close out the week, on Sundays.
Every format uses one ride credit. Packs come down to $21.60 a ride on the 100-class pack. See pricing
In the room
Real classes, shot in the room: the instructor on the mic, the beams overhead and a full room riding to the same beat.
